Keynote Speaking 

• $2,500/hour + fees and taxes  (assessed and billed separately)

Panel Participation

• $1,500/hour + fees  and taxes (assessed and billed separately)

All Other Services: 

• $200/hour for the first 8 hours + fees  and taxes (assessed and billed separately)
• Negotiable for 9+ hours 
• Combo packages available

Please keep in mind that our services will require some time for a needs analysis, processing, communication, reporting, and revisions. More complex services may further involve time for research, development, travel, and delivery. Short Distance Day Trip

• either at-cost reimbursement for any travel under 100 miles, meals, and any shipping, due within 14 days of invoice receipt
• or $250 flat fee.

Short Distance Overnight Trip

• either at-cost reimbursement for any travel under 100 miles, hotel, meals, and any shipping, due within 14 days of 
• or $450 flat fee.

Long Distance

• either at-cost reimbursement for any travel, hotel, rental car/taxi, meals, and any shipping, due within 14 days of invoice 
• or $2,000 flat fee.

Referrals:

If someone you refer to us retains our services, both of you receive a 10% discount on your next service booked with us.   

Sliding Scale

On a case-by-case basis, and our capacity allowing, we will offer sliding-scale discounts for a good cause and/or based on need.
